APlus Performance Management
At APlus, we use performance management to evaluate our employees, identify training needs and development areas, and assess their competencies in work processes. As part of this approach, we conduct one-on-one performance reviews between staff and their managers. These reviews are held biannually for current employees, weekly for new employees during their first month, and monthly for the following six months.
